 Let's Play Shops Card Game, a fun game for kids to practice using play money to make purchases and learn to make change.

Aim of the game is to have the most amount of cash at the end of the game.

A great way for kids to feel confident with using cash and working out change in the real world.

This game gives you 2 different ways to play or you can make your own game up.

How To Play Game 1

Each child starts the game with notes to the value of $50.

Lay all the cards face-up on the table in rows. Order of the cards is not important. 

Children take turns to collect a card and pay the amount of money shown on the card into the cash drawer. They must collect at least 2 cards from each shop.

Play continues until each child has collected and paid for 8 cards.

(6 cards if there are 4 players)

The child with the most money left is the winner. 

How To Play Game 2

Each child starts the game with notes to the value of $50.

Sort the cards into 3 decks based on their shop colour. _ yellow for Toy Shop, Green for Fruit & Vegetable Shop and Blue for Clothing Shop. Combine the 3 decks into one by putting one deck on top of another

Place them face down on the table.

Children take turns to collect the top card from the deck and pay the amount of money shown on the card into the cash drawer. Play continues until each child has collected and paid for 8 cards (6 cards if there are 4 players)

The child with the most money left is the winner.
