Metal Earth 3D Kit - DIY your own Sherman Tank by Fascinations.
3D Laser Cut Model - 2 sheets - Sherman Tank. Cut from a 11cm square thin sheet of metal, you need to pop out the pieces to construct this model Sherman Tank.
The Sherman was the primary tank used by the United States during World War II. The tank was named after Union General William Tecumseh Sherman. Production exceeded 50,000 units. Only the Soviet T-34 tank was produced in larger numbers during World War 11.
Though it was highly inadequate against the heavier armed 56 ton German Tiger 1 and the 72 ton Tiger 11, mobility, mechanical reliability and sheer numbers helped offset their disadvantages strategically.
No gluing or soldering is required – just pop out the pieces and connect using tabs and holes. Parts can be easily clipped from the metal sheets, tweezers may make it easier to bend or twist connection tabs.
